The overall objective of this work package is to supply lentiviral vectors for the validation of genes involved in MSC differentiation to osteoblasts or chondrocytes.

 

In addition the production of tissue specific luciferase reporter vectors are being developed to be used as a discovery platform of newly identified mediators of differentiation.
